If you don't mind staying a bit further from the city center, this hotel is worth considering. It is located in the North area, close to the metro and Pudong Airport. Guests have mentioned that the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with powerful showers and comfortable bedding. The staff is friendly and speaks fluent English. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, catering to different tastes.

The room at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pudong was incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. The gym and facilities were also sufficient for my needs.

The two complementary drinks were the highlights of my stay, and the hotel's proximity to the train station made getting around easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi connection.

My stay was marred by the smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel. Even though I selected a non-smoking room, the smell was overpowering.

I only found a minor issue with the in-room breakfast which could have had a wider variety of choices. this hotel is an incredible venue filled with Barbeque grills, Massage, Full body massage, Spa lounge, Foot massage, BBQ facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel had excellent facilities including a gym, spa, bar, and restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, allowing easy transportation to the city center which is approximately 45 minutes away.

If you're a business traveler, this hotel hits the spot: it's located close to the metro station with easy access to downtown, and Pudong airport is just a quick drive away. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of Chinese and European dishes, including delicious croissants. If you're staying in, the Windows Restaurant is a good spot for an enjoyable meal.

The language barrier can be an issue, as some staff members don't speak English very well.

The service at this hotel was terrible. the housekeeping staff would abruptly knock on the door early in the morning, disturbing my sleep.

Luxurious Stay with Exceptional Service This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and world, class service. the Spa & wellness center was a true oasis of relaxation, with a variety of massage options to choose from. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge were also top, notch. the restaurant offered in, room breakfast, packed lunches, and a snack bar, with special diet menus available upon request.

Location a bit far the only minor issue was the hotel's location, which was about a 35, minute drive from the city center. However, the hotel provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our Xmas stay a delight. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of hot and cold foods, including an omelette station and great coffee. We appreciated the good location, with easy access to the nearby metro station and local restaurants.

Excellent IHG Property. I recently had a wonderful stay at a fantastic IHG property. The room was impeccably clean and the bedding provided a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel staff were attentive and polite throughout my stay. I had the pleasure of dining at both the Windows restaurant and the traditional Chinese restaurant, and the meals were delicious. The breakfast buffet at Windows was particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of high-quality options. Although the hotel is a bit far in terms of travel distance, the hospitality I experienced made it well worth the effort. I highly recommend this IHG property.
